Aviation Insurance
Hull Coverage
This aviation insurance coverage protects you aircraft
from damage or loss. Most policies include a Stated
Value for your aircraft. In the event of total loss
(repair cost and salvage value equal to or greater than
the Stated Value) the amount paid to the Insured is the
Stated Value less any deductibles. In the event of a
total loss claim, the title to the aircraft will
transfer to the aircraft insurance company.
Underinsuring your aircraft can expose you to loss of
your aircraft in the event of it sustaining a total loss
as defined above.
